2004 HUMMER H1 Model Year Changes. |

| The 2004 Model year featured big changes with a totally new interior and engine enhancements. New Caterpillar Engineered Powertrain Management Computer contributes to the "Optimizer" 6.5L Engines 10 Horsepower and 10lbft of torque increases. Offroad Mobility is enhanced by available Front Electromagnetic Locking Differentials that join the Rear ELocker Differentials introduced in 2003. The Horn Button was moved from the turn signal stalk to the more conventional location in the center of the steering wheel. Despite the numerous enhancements, the 2004 Model Year is the lowest volume year with only 252 2004 Hummer H1s made. | |||||||||||||||||
